RIM is back in the game with BlackBerry 10 and new handsets Z10 and Q10

BlackBerry 10 has arrived. This redesigned operating system is the last chance of the Canadian Research in Motion to return among the competitors in the market of smart phones which once ruled and now have a share of only 6%. Along with the operating system arrived and two new phones BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry Q10.

"We made a platform that can connect to your machine, your home, your car, the health system, from anywhere. This is the promise of the BlackBerry 10 operating system", Announced Director of RIM, Thorsten Haynes.

The new operating system BlackBerry 10 is redesigned so that can be used with the new movements of the fingers, and be as social as productive mobile platform. RIM targets business people that use Smartphones for communication, but at the same time wants to be competitive with the entertainment features offered by social networks. The new OS comes with BlackBerry Hub which is the central location for all notifications, emails and social networking profiles.

RIM introduced the new BlackBerry Messenger coming with the possibility of video calls, and BlackBerry ScreenShare that users can merge edit and share a screen. As to applications BlackBerry with 70,000 applications may lag behind Google and Apple, although now has been redesigned to include music and movies , but they are only available in the U.S. for now.

From both devices, might BlackBerry Z10 is better, mainly because of the 4.2-inch HD touchscreen display with 356 pixels per inch (PPI). Works on 1,5 GHz TI OMAP processor with two cores, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB, 8 megapixel camera and support for NFC and LTE. The second phone, Q10, comes with a physical keyboard, in the style of previous BlackBerry devices. But because the keyboard BlackBerry Q10 has a smaller 3.1-inch screen with a resolution id 720 × 720 pixels. Works on 1,5 GHz processor and has 16 GB of storage and 2 GB RAM. The first BlackBerry phones are already available in Britain, Canada and the

United Arab Emirates will get a U.S. phone in February and will be available in March. After that it should be available globally.
