Users of iPhone were fooled of the false advertising that iOS 7 makes your iPhone waterproof

A number of iPhone users have destroyed their phones sinking them into water after they were fooled of false advertising that comes from the site 4chan, which says that the latest version of the iOS operating system 7 makes your iPhone waterproof.

 The ad shown below, which is spread to the social networks, it claims that the new update will "trigger emergency system blackouts in the phone, to prevent damage to delicate electronics" when the phone “feels” presence of water. The bottom states that this option is recognized by policy guarantees of Apple, as an indication that this is confirmed by Lifehacker.

Part of the defrauded customers of iPhone react violently with anger to the creator of false advertising, and some of them simply admitted defeat and started to look for a new phone
