The temperature of Lulea is extremely cool due to the fact that it is at the edge of the Artic Sea.The social network company was responsible for the manufacturing and installing of the expensive hardware's in Lulea. Facebook manufactured the open-source hardware to be used for the data center by them and made it an open-source for any one to be able to use the design to develop their own data center.

Facebook is reported to have 1.1 billion active members which reveal that they are the biggest and most popular social network globally. In October 2011, facebook first announced plans for their new data center which will be based in Sweden; this is the first data center owned by Facebook which will be based outside the country.

Facebook says the new data center is the most efficient and sustainable server farm it has ever built. The data center will be used to store images, IP addresses and other data's which belongs to members of the social network. The expansion of the social network as more members join the site everyday led to the establishing of more data centers. Negative side of Facebook

Negative side of Facebook
After time spent on Facebook, even a third of the users feel worse and dissatisfied with their lives, according to a recent study conducted by researchers from two German universities. "We were surprised when we found out how many people have negative experiences with Facebook", Hanna Krasnov told Reuters,  from Humboldt University in Berlin, who participated in this study.

Related: 50 percent of couples shared Facebook password

She said that on the part of people, social networks triggers jealousy - mostly because the users look how their friends announcements on Facebook praising their 'perfect life', travel and business successes. There are feelings of loneliness, frustration and anger, with the biggest cause of dissatisfaction jealousy for holiday photos which are published on this social network.

The second largest cause of jealousy of the users of this network are social interactions, and many envy their friends on Facebook who receive a large number of greeting cards for birthdays, or whose publication receive a large number of likes and comments and also shares. Research 'on Facebook Jealousy: The Hidden Threat to life satisfaction' has shown that passive monitoring of other users on the Zuckerberg network provokes feelings of jealousy towards the happiness of other people and the way they spend their time and socialize, which "undermine life satisfaction" and users leave or reduce the time they spend Facebook.

Because of jealousy at the success of others, some users in the network boasts over their own lives and successes of trying to show in the best possible light in order to show that they enjoy life, not just their friends that follow on this network where men usually publish content which highlight some of life's successes, while women mostly prefer to boast of (good) looks and rich social lives.

Given the results of this research show that a large number of users experiencing Facebook as extremely stressful environment, researchers believe that this discontent that stirs the Facebook users could affect the long-term viability of these platforms.
